If your school needs a specialized event layout (e.g. specific silver jubilee badges, custom sports certificates) that is not currently inside our 500+ template library, email us with your requirements. We design new templates weekly.
Important Information for Educators
- Response Times: We review all support emails within 24 to 48 business hours. If you are a premium school plan partner, please state your school ID in the subject.
- Bug Reporting: If the Android app crashes or fails to export in high-resolution, please specify your device model and Android version in your support email.
- App Updates: For immediate updates, ensure you check the Google Play Store for the latest release.
